Mobility!

Ok so you have your website up and running.
But you cant always be at home to keep an eye on things and possibly handle customer questions.
In this day and age you must have a smart phone. You have many options.
They include an Iphone ( pricey).
Blackberry ( free with new service contracts)
Android Phones ( free with service contracts )

Now the main difference between the droids and berrys is the following:
Blackberry's e-mail service can not be beat. Realtime deliver to your handheld.
However blackberry's web browser is lacking.
Android has a great browser and uses gmail push so you should get your emails in a timely manner just not as quick as the blackberry.
